Early David Gil (1922-2002) for Bennington Potters (founded in Vermont 1948) ceramic face sculpture on metal pedestal base. Stamped DG for David Gil. At some time the mouth has been broken and re-attached. The repair is not noticeable from the front but very obvious from the back (see detailed photos)
Dimensions: 21-ins high by 12-ins wide
Condition: Repair to mouth
